Solution Approach

Analyzing the Current Process

Starting with a strategic roadmap, we performed a detailed analysis of their current order fulfillment process in order to identify the existing bottlenecks and inefficiencies. We summed-up that the manual order-entry process was causing a whole lot of delays and errors.

Implementing an Order Management System

Based on the findings from the process analysis, we moved forward with the implementation of an order management system. This system automated the entire order entry process, and simultaneously helped in reducing manual errors and improving order processing time.

Utilizing Data Analytics

We then employed some data analytics tools (AI & Data Analytics) to analyze order data and identified patterns pertaining to customer buying behavior, right down to the impact on individual stores. This helped to optimize the order fulfillment process, drive better analytics across mission-critical applications (cloud engineering), reduce the delivery times and improve customer satisfaction.

Implementing a Warehouse Management System

To further furnish the going-on process, we curated a recommendation of a warehouse management system. This system would help automate the storage and retrieval of products in the warehouse, making the process more efficient and reducing the time it takes to fulfill orders.
