Our submission emphasizes the critical role of robust cybersecurity measures for protecting AI systems and advocates for clear guidelines for responsible AI development throughout the AI lifecycle. By prioritizing a risk-based approach and fostering collaboration between industry and government, the Code can effectively mitigate AI-related risks.

We also recommend continuous evaluation and updating of the Code to address evolving threats and technological advancements. Furthermore, we highlight the importance of international cooperation to establish global AI security standards. We are one of the earliest members of the Coalition for Secure AI (CoSAI) alongside Microsoft, Google, Nvidia, and IBM.
