VE3 has appointed Microsoft senior director and product leader Marc Esmiley as a Non-Executive Director, effective 1 December 2025. Marc brings deep expertise in cloud transformation, data-driven products, and regulated industries from his role at Microsoft, where he leads Product for the Financial Services Studio within Commercial Engineering. His appointment strengthens VE3’s strategic direction across data, AI, cloud, and digital transformation. With over 15 years of experience spanning financial services, government, health, and safety-critical environments, Marc will support VE3’s next phase of growth—sharpening product strategy, scaling enterprise AI platforms, and guiding disciplined, sustainable expansion. His board-level experience and insight into Microsoft’s product ecosystem will be instrumental as VE3 continues to build secure, production-ready solutions for mission-critical sectors.
